U can also wash & dry them

Moringa leaves ..very healthy .. u can also wash & dry them, store in a clean dry container & add it to every recipe .. add it at the end (just b4 switching of the stove) by just crushing it by hand & stir it once to mix in the cooked food eg daal, mix vegetable recipe, etc .. that way it doesn’t get overcooked & the nutrients stay intact !!
