Tips to get a good sleep

1, Get enough sunlight every day beginning as early in the day as possible,

2, Room temperature should be kept low and around 18°C because when we sleep our core temperature drops

3, Apply some Olive Oil on your navel and the sole of your feet Before sleep

4, Avoid and limit caffeine in the form of chocolates, tea, coffee at least six hours before sleep time

5, Get a lot of physical activity during the day and avoid lying down as much as possible during daytime

6 Avoid lying down before you really feel sleepy lie down on the bed only when you really feel ready to sleep

7, Use your mind and body all day long so that you feel spent completely at bedtime.

8, Maintain a regular time for sleep
